I question whether things are lost in their process, or whether they are having a solvency problem. A company of this size should be able to issue a refund within a week. They refuse to put me in touch with the department that issues the check, only saying they are very busy. Calls to customer support asking the status only result in them saying their finance department is very busy. After agreeing to refund $83.64 for the second subscription, they have delayed several weeks in issuing the check. I sent them copies of my 2 credit card statements. (I, probably in error, agreed to the second subscription.) The creation of the 2nd subscription is not the issue that I am raising. That's how I discovered the 2nd subscription. That charge occurred only 1 month after their charge for my 1st (correct) subscription.

They charged my credit card for the second subscription. By mistake the N&O created a duplicate, overlapping online subscription for me (and my wife *****).
